The City of Crete is taking applications for the position of Code Enforcement Officer. This is a full-time, hourly position, with benefits; 2021-22 hourly salary: $18.16 to $24.90. Minimum qualifications include: possess a valid driver’s license; must be at least 19 years of age; have high school diploma or GED; be legally authorized to work in the U.S. General functions: monitor, identify, and investigate City code violations, ensure animal control, and provide relevant support to the Police and other City departments.
