Title VI

The City of Crete assures that no person shall on the grounds of race, color, national origin, age, disability, handicap or sex, as provided by Title VI of the Civil Rights Act of 1964, and the Civil Rights Restoration Act of 1987 be excluded from participation in, be denied the benefits of, or be otherwise subjected to discrimination under any program or activity of the City of Crete receiving Federal financial assistance.  If you feel you have been excluded, denied or otherwise discriminated against, please fill out the Title VI Complaint Form and return it to the office of the City Clerk.
