Utility poles and lines damaged on North Boswell during early morning storms on June 11.
Utility Update, Thursday, June 11: There is an ongoing power outage on the north side of town due to tree damage from last night's storm.
Crete Police and the Electric Department crew responded overnight to make sure the area was safe and to begin repairs to downed lines and broken poles. Some service will be restored quickly, other customers may be out most of the day.
