The City Clerk-Treasurer manages the records of the City Council, council committees and appointed board agendas and minutes; maintains archives of city documents including ordinances, resolutions, contracts, deeds, insurance documents and legal notices. The department also maintains the budget and financial statements of the city in addition to managing the city’s payroll, risk management and insurance coverage, while ensuring compliance with all legal requirements.
