The Garbage Company and Transfer Station holiday hours
The Garbage Company is closed on Christmas Day and New Year’s Day. Garbage/recycling collection routes will run one day behind after Tuesday the next two weeks.
The Transfer Station will be open on the next two Wednesdays, Dec. 26 and Jan. 2, from 1 to 6 p.m., instead of the Tuesday holidays those weeks. The Transfer Station is located ½ mile north of Highway 33 on Boswell Ave. for free drop off of branches and yard waste. Large loads of household garbage and materials may be disposed of according to fees established by The Garbage Company.
